Spring break has arrived and a horde of horny college students like a swarm of locusts have decended on this small beach town,
a town with a deadly secret.
Now long prior to Spring Break a ruthless biker named Diablo was executed for murder and now the body is missing. Plus
a spectre is murdering Breakers using a suped up motcorcycle.
has Diable retured from his grave to exact revenge on the Sheriff he claimed "FRAMED" him, or is someone else
out to destroy Spring Break?
A man dressing up like a ghost to scare people. That's so Scooby-Doo. In fact without giving it away, this whole movie plays
out like a Scooby-Doo episode with killing and tits of course. Anyway, I liked Welcome to Spring Break. It's clever and
a good murder mystery.
I GIVE IT...7 1/2 STARS
I agree with Zedd, I liked the mystery angle. I loved the suped up bike. I also liked the killer's outfit. I never would
have geussed who he was underneath. But the whole cover up angle and the crooked Sheriff was just wrong.
I ALSO GIVE...7 1/2 STARS
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ INNOVATIVE (A new twist on the slasher genre)
+ GOOD MYSTERY (A mystery that keeps you guessing until the end)
+ LOVE THAT BIKE (THe motorcyle with the portable electric chair is brillant)
ON THE NEGATIVIE SIDE (- MISSES):
- COVER-UP (After I found my friend dead hidden in a pile of sulfer, then the sheriff threaten to kill me if I don't leave
town. I would have left alright, the next day I'd be back with the State Police and the FBI)
- NOT FOR EVERYONE (If you're not big on slasher films, then this isn't for you)
